Sharing my perfume collection
Hey Babes!
Welcome back to the blog! I hope you're doing amazing. I'm pretty sure it's common knowledge that I love perfume. I take smelling good very seriously. That is why I am sharing some of my favorite perfumes out of my (ever growing) collection. I am very particular about fragrance, so if I like it just know it's incredible. And because I'm such a nice, generous, angelic person, I will also share what I like to pair my perfume with. This is only a fraction of my collection, so if you like this maybe I'll share more of my favorites in the future.

1. Angel's Share: Paradis by Killian
Let's start off with my favorite perfume ever! This is a flanker to the original Angel's Share. Paradis leans more masculine, but it's sweet enough to pass for unisex. It has a delicious blend of cognac, raspberry, rose, tonka wood, sandalwood, vanilla, caramel, and oakmoss. It's very deep and sexy. I like to imagine a beautiful woman pouring herself a glass of expensive cognac overlooking the city in her penthouse. It's sexy, colorful, and creative. Paradis is definitely a head-turner. Some incredible pairings would be Khamrah by Lattafa, Vanilla 28 by Kayali, and Into the Night by Bath and Body Works.
2. Cloud by Ariana Grande
Light, sweet, and heavenly. Cloud is one of those fragrances everyone should own. Can everyone within a 20 mile radius smell you, probably not. But it's a pretty scent for a pretty girl like me. This is more on the fresher and cleaner side compared to the other fragrances I'm sharing today. It has notes of lavender, pear, bergamot, coconut, musk, vanilla, and orchid. Apparently, it's very similar to Baccarat Rouge, but I have never smelled that so I could not tell you how similar they are. Cloud is very sweet and youthful. If you want to bring out the sweeter side of Cloud, I would pair it with Vanilla Cashmere by EOS (not a perfume, but it matches the feminine and soft energy of Cloud). If you want to bring out the fruity and floral notes, I personally like to wear it with Burberry Her.
3. Orabella: Nightcap by Bella Hadid
This is a new edition to my collection! Nightcap is a beautiful perfume, in both packaging and formula. It's a lovely blend of vanilla, ginger, sandalwood, and guaiac wood. Nightcap is very sensual, woodsy, and has a subtle spicy vibe from the ginger and sandalwood. It's similar to a spiced tea in my opinion. If you're into more oriental fragrances this is definitely for you. Based on the notes, I think this would pair well with something that also has a woody and vanilla formula. Tam Dao by Diptyque, for example. I Want Choo by Jimmy Choo feels like another good pairing. Even though it doesn't have the same vibe I still feel that it compliments Nightcap.
4. Lost Cherry by Tom Ford
Cherry fragrances, in my opinion, can be hit or miss. I think cherry is interesting to experiment with but it's an acquired taste (or smell?). Tom Ford has many cherry fragrances, but Lost Cherry has to be my favorite. What really stands out to me is the almond and cherry liqueur that play with the black cherry and plum. It has a very dark and sexy vibe, almost vampiric. Think of this as the more mature take on Cherry Almond by Jergens. Tom Ford F*cking Fabulous pairs nicely with Lost Cherry. I have yet to try Tom Ford's other Cherry fragrances, but in theory they would compliment each other.
5. Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford
Is it a cologne? Yes. Am I still going to wear it? Absolutely. I love fragrances that aren't primarily "sweet". It starts off with spices and subtle tobacco notes, and follows with vanilla and cacao. It's smoky, woody, and a tad fruity. In my opinion, Tom Ford makes some of the best fragrances! The scent gives me heady, seductive vibes. It's not for the light and sweet fans out there. This is for the baddies who drip sex appeal and ooze opulence. It's sexy, classy, and good luck trying to take it from my cold, dead hands. In my opinion, this pairs well with Eilish by Billie Eilish, Nebras by Lattafa, and Fresh Cream by Philosphy.
6. Fruity Almond by Dossier
There's nothing wrong with a good dupe. Fruity Almond is inspired by Carolina Herrera's Good Girl. It has the exact same amber and floral energy , but I wouldn't say it's identical or a close match. What really stands out is the almond (duh) and the playful peach notes. The florals give it a hint of softness. The fragrance dries down to a musky vanilla. I definitely think this fragrance is perfect for any occasion. The best perfume to pair with Fruity Almond would be Good Girl of course, as it is the inspiration. I also think Libre by YSL and Valentino Donna Born in Roma are also good matches.
This is only a fraction of my collection by the way. If you like this, maybe I'll share more of my favorite perfumes. Let me know what you think. Have you ever tried these perfumes? If so, what would you pair them with? Let me know in the comments or over on my Instagram.
with love,
Scarlette
