Welcome back the Scarlette Dragon! It's that time of year again folks. If you've been here before, you know that at the beginning of each month I share my predictions for upcoming trends: fashion, makeup, etc. This time I have come up with 10. Who knows, maybe I'll hit the nail on the head. Without further ado, here is this month's Fashion Forecast.

1. Retro-inspires accessories

Berets, wide belts, and vintage-style brooches will add a touch of old-school glam to any outfit.

2. Glossy lids and skin

Dewy, fresh-faced looks with glossy eyelids and highlighted cheekbones will create an ethereal, healthy glow.

3. Deep lip colors

Plum, burgundy, and rich berry tones will be trending for lips, adding drama and contrast to cozy autumnal outfits.

4. Soft Sculpting

Contour techniques focusing on a softer, more natural finish will highlight the face without heavy lines, using cream-based products.

5. Two-tone lips

Playing with contrasting or gradient lip colors will bring dimension to makeup looks, perfect for a daring, evening statement.

6. Silk hair accessories

Satin and silk headbands or oversized bows will elevate simple hairstyles, adding a sophisticated or playful element.

7. Oversized bags

Roomy tote bags and slouchy hobo bags in deep colors or neutral tones will combine functionality with style.

8. Metallic/sparkly touches

Subtle metallic threads woven into sweaters, or sparkly embellishments on clothes and accessories, will bring a touch of glam to everyday fall fashion.

9. Pearls

Pearls and anything with a pearlescent hue may be very popular this month. Modern takes on pearls, from chokers to earrings, will add a touch of sophistication and playfulness to casual wear.

10. Bomber Jackets

Bomber Jackets are a fun statement piece. They will likely be a hit for layering and even streetwear. I can definitely foresee oversized one being trendy this month.
