Scar's Hair Recs | Sharing My Favorite Products.
Hi, Beautiful!
Welcome back to the blog! I hope you're doing amazing. Recently, I cut off all my hair. It's growing back quickly, but it's nice to switch up your look every once in a while right? I come from a culturally blended family, so hair has always been an interesting topic for me. As I got older, I discovered what really works for my hair versus what doesn't. That's why I am going to share my hair-care favorites with you today. These are my holy grail products that I can't live without.

I would like to note that I am saying this as someone with pretty thick, textured hair. For reference, I fall somewhere between 3b-4a for hair types. If you would like to use anything that I have mentioned, take my review with a grain of salt because I am talking about how it works for me. With that disclaimer out the way, enjoy.

1. Ouai Thick Hair Shampoo & Conditioner
I can't give enough
The

2. Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Hair Smoothie
A pretty underrated product, but she's so loved by me. I really like how defined and shiny my curls look after using this hair mask. It makes my hair feel soft and manageable. The black vanilla scent is so yummy, and it lingers throughout the day. This product is great if you have curly or coily hair like me, as it really leaves your curls defined and hydrated. I especially love how it doesn't weigh my hair down.

3. Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil
The girls love Gisou for a reason!

Byredo never misses. Everything about Byredo gives me clean and quiet luxury. I have two of their hair perfumes: Blanche and Flowerhead. They really add the finishing touch to whatever scent profile I'm wearing for the day.

5. Dyson Air Wrap
This gadget does everything: curls, straightens, blow-outs, you name it. You need this, it's a staple. It's easy to use and the

6. Kinky Curl Curling Custard
If you have textured hair, like me, sometimes you want to let your curls out and be natural. I hate most curling creams because they feel heavy on my hair and leave a flaky cast once it dries. Cream, gel, pomade, it doesn't matter. Finding a good curl defining product is hard, until someone put me on to Kinky Curl.
That is all I have for you today, my loves. Let me know what your thoughts. Do you use anything I have mentioned in the article? Would you say I'm pretty accurate on how they worked for me? Let me know what products you use for your hair in the comments or over on Instagram.
xoxo,
Scarlette
